Bison and Deer

It’s funny how you can go out for one thing and come back with something completely different. Today I went out looking for more marsh birds in particular the Snowy Egret, but I came back with some deer and bison. Not quite the same, but I liked the results of the deer and bison shots I got today. All images were taken with the Canon 50D and 400mm F/5.6.

Eagle Mountain Park

Finding new places to photograph is always fun. Today I did some exploring at the Eagle Mountain Park. This was the first time I had been there, but it does appear to have some potential. It was pretty dark today with all the clouds and the late afternoon didn’t help at all. Image below was shot with the Canon 50D and the 400mm F/5.6 lens.
